PEI Visits E.O. Habhegger: A Day of Relationship, Dialogue, and Industry Insight

On June 5, 2025, E.O. Habhegger welcomed the PEI Members & Miles: Bridging the Workforce Gap tour to our Yeadon headquarters. As part of PEI’s nationwide initiative to spotlight workforce development, the visit brought together industry leaders, longtime colleagues, and fresh perspectives.
Our relationship with PEI spans more than 65 years, and this visit reminded us just how strong that connection remains. We kicked off the afternoon with lunch, plenty of conversation, and a side of Philly hospitality: cheesesteaks, soft pretzels, and a little Philly swag.
Chris Hagman led a behind-the-scenes tour of our warehouse, giving guests a firsthand look at daily operations and the people behind them. Back at the office, Jody Porter and PEI President Jason Blake hosted a candid discussion on workforce challenges, hiring, and the future of our industry.
The day wrapped up at the sold-out PEI District 2 Meeting in King of Prussia, where Pete Hojnowski and Jason Blake kept the momentum going with a thoughtful dialogue among PEI members. Afterward, attendees gathered for a casual dinner, capping the evening with good food, great company, and more time to connect.
It was a full day of shared ideas, fresh perspective, and more than a few smiling faces in new Eagles hats. Go Birds! 🦅
